When you go hiking a compass helps you navigate your way.
How about having one such COMPASS for life and career?
It will help you navigate through the tough times, right?
So here I share with you the 7-principles COMPASS framework for life navigation:
C=Composure. Learn to respond and not react. In unfavorable situations, before you do anything-take a pause. Think of how you can handle it better.
O=Ownership. By taking ownership you agree to be responsible for everything that happens to you and plan strategically to achieve what you truly desire.
M=Mastery. Strengthen your strengths and weaken your weaknesses, then find opportunities to showcase your strengthened strengths and get on the road to self-mastery.
P=Positivity. Smile often, laugh more, and celebrate small wins. This will help you build a positive outlook towards life. So what if there are problems, a smile will make them disappear in a jiffy.
A=Achievement. Identify your drive, your passion, the thing that brings you joy and a sense of achievement. Then set meaningful goals to achieve it.
S=Satisfaction. You want to conquer the world and that’s fine. Every day be satisfied with what you have achieved. Be grateful.
S=Self-Worth. Compassion helps you understand people’s problems and solve them. If you are not solving problems, you will soon be out of job/business. So be compassionate and as charity begins at home, compassion for others begins with compassion for self.
