Continuing from my last Monday’s post, if you have been whining about the Monday blues because others around you are doing it; it’s time to understand you have FOMO.
FOMO or the fear of missing out a pervasive apprehension that others might be having rewarding experiences from which one is absent.
So, are you one of those who think Monday’s are great, reach office to see all others sulking because it’s Monday and eventually give in to Monday blues just because all others are talking about it? Then it is time you need to embrace and endeavor for JOMO – the joy of missing out.
JOMO as opposed to FOMO, helps you be intrinsically happy about everything you are experiencing. So if you feel happy on a Monday morning while others are not, you need not join them. Instead, smile all day long. Enjoy the day. Believe that JOMO is the new FOMO!
