Come Monday and everyone is seen grumpy just because it’s a Monday, irrespective of how well the weekend was spent. This is largely the scenario in most offices.
If you are having Monday blues, mere complaining about it will not get you anywhere. Find out why you are having them. What is the real reason for the Monday blues? Is it genuine or is it simply because others around you are doing it?
If it is the former, then you need to look for the solution. Figure out what will not make you have the Monday blues and act on it. Stop Whining!
